All of our technicians are factory trained and carry a complete stock of commonly used parts. On-Site Equipment Maintenance Agreements:
Imaging Supplies Co., Inc. offers Maintenance Agreements on multiple lines of Copiers, Faxes, and Printers for a monthly or quarterly fee. This fee covers labor, parts and supplies. Please call us for a quote on maintenance agreements and supplies.

In Shop Service
Imaging Supplies Co., Inc. offers you the option of bringing your office equipment to our repair facility. This service may save you money vs an on-site service call. General turn around time is approximately 1 week. Please call ahead for this service. Have available the make and model of machine and description of the problem you are having as well as any error codes that may apply. A small diagnostic fee will be required before any repair takes place.
