CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
Changes to delivery addresses may cause a $25.00 + shipping and handling fee to be added to your order in the following cases: 1) You provided an inaccurate address to Imagingsuppliesco.com and Pleasantcopy.com, or 2) You have the delivery forwarded to an alternate location after the order was placed, or 3) If the order is refused upon delivery. You agree to pay all charges and expenses incurred by Imagingsuppliesco.com or Pleasantcopy.com or there affiliates in processing your order.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Imagingsuppliesco.com and Pleasantcopy.com incurs a return shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping the product to you when you refuse the shipment or are not available to complete the delivery. Imagingsuppliesco.com and Pleasantcopy.com reserves the right to pass this fee plus a $25.00 shipping and handling fee and any other additional expense incurred, to you by deducting the amount from the total credit due.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Imaging Supplies Co., Imagingsuppliesco.com, Pleasants Office Systems Inc, Pleasantcopy.com, its affiliates or shipping companies are NOT responsible for any lost or shipping damaged items or for filing damage claims with the shipper. You must contact the shipper immediately to file a damage claim.

RETURN POLICY
Any and All returns require a RA number (Return Authorization Number). Do not return any product without prior return authorization. The shipment will be refused by the shipping warehouse and returned to you at your expense. Call 1-800-518-1152 for your return authorization number. If the product is damaged file a claim with the shipper immediately. (See Shipping Damage Above) If you wish to return the product for any other reason a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges will apply.

WARRANTY POLICY
All new equipment is warrantied by the manufacturer. Call the Manufacturer of the product for warranty replacements or returns. Call our customer service dept.(1-800-158-1152) with any questions regarding warranties after contacting the original equipment manufacturer.
